Welcome to ResetKey Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the payment and key delivery services offered on store.resetkey.net, resetkey.net, and resetterx.com (the "Services"). By accessing our checkout platform or completing a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ResetKey Store provides automated distribution of digital license keys (reset keys) used with the WIC Reset Utility. These license keys are single-use consumables designed to reset the waste ink counter of compatible Epson and Canon printers.

2. License Key Usage and Rules

• Single Use: Each WIC Reset license key is valid for a single reset execution on one supported printer. Once a reset is successfully performed, the key is permanently deactivated.
• Compatible Models: It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that their printer model is supported by the WIC Reset Utility before purchasing a key.
• Software Execution: To use the key, you must download the official WIC Reset Utility software, connect your printer via USB cable (some networks/Wi-Fi models may not support resetting), and enter the key as prompted by the utility.

3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are conducted electronically. By initiating a payment, you warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method (PayPal or cards processed via PayPal). Once payment is processed and captured, the license key is automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout.

4. Delivery of Goods

Delivery is instant and automated. The license key is sent by email to the address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive the email containing your key within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact our customer support team.

5. Refund Policy

Our refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Return Policy. Briefly: unused keys are fully refundable if you contact us within 30 days of purchase and our review of WIC Reset Utility activation records confirms the key was not used, defective or non-working keys are replaced or refunded regardless of that window, and keys that our records show as activated are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

License keys are digital goods delivered instantly by email once payment is confirmed. By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us using the process in our Refund & Return Policy before opening a PayPal dispute or bank chargeback. A dispute or chargeback opened for a key that our records show as activated, or after the applicable refund window has passed without contacting us, will be contested using our order records and the WIC Reset Utility activation record (date and device of use). Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable right you have under the law that applies to your purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All product names, trademarks, logos, and software (such as "WIC Reset Utility", "Epson", "Canon") referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners. ResetKey Store is an independent distributor and reseller of license keys and is not directly affiliated with the printer manufacturers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResetKey Store, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the WIC Reset Utility software or the purchased license keys, including but not limited to printer downtime or hardware damage.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
